Emotional Resilience & Confidence Coaching for the Season You’re In.

The Becoming Blueprint is a coaching space for Mothers, helping professionals, and neurodivergent adults who are moving through change, responsibility, and the quiet work of becoming.

This work is rooted in real-life experience. Our founder was shaped by growing up in Amman, Jordan with limited resources and by surviving a near-fatal illness at 19 that stripped away her strength and sense of direction. These experiences didn’t define her—but they deepened her commitment to resilience, care, and clarity.

Now, that vision is carried forward by a small, dedicated team committed to offering trauma-informed, strengths-based support that honors each person’s unique path.

At The Becoming Blueprint, we believe growth isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering your strength, trusting your rhythm, and having the right support along the way.

Meet the Founder

Brittany Banna is a conflict resolution coach, educator, and the founder of The Becoming Blueprint—a coaching space for mothers, helping professionals, and neurodivergent adults navigating growth, change, and personal leadership.

Born in Amman, Jordan and raised in Oregon, Brittany brings a cross-cultural lens and a deep understanding of resilience—shaped in part by surviving a rare, near-fatal illness at age 19. That experience, along with years of professional work, taught her that true growth happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported in becoming who they are.

She holds dual Master’s degrees from the University of Oregon:

  • M.S. in Conflict & Dispute Resolution (School of Law)

  • M.S. in Community & Regional Planning

Brittany is a:

  • Certified Oregon Mediator

  • Certified Conflict Coach

  • Collaborative Governance Practitioner

She has spent over a decade supporting individuals and communities across sectors—including nonprofits, higher education, disability services, and global advocacy. Her background includes:

  • Representing the U.S. as a mediator in Brazil after receiving the Jubitz Prize Award

  • Partnering with UNESCO on youth inter-religious dialogue

  • Leading over 10 trauma-informed leadership trainings

  • Creating tools like the Social Vulnerability Index to support equity-based planning in Oregon

  • Advocating at the United Nations Geneva Convention on arms reduction

  • Coaching, teaching, and mentoring in programs for girls, families, and individuals navigating transition

Brittany also brings over a decade of experience as a tennis and fitness coach, grounding her work in the belief that growth is both emotional and embodied.

Experience—Risk-Free

Your growth matters to me, and we don’t take your time, energy, or investment lightly. That’s why we offer a no-pressure, experience-first way to get started.

When you step into coaching, you’re not committing to a long-term container right away. Instead, you begin with 30 days together, like a Foundations Month—for us to give you support.

If by the end of your Foundations Month, you don’t feel like the work resonates—or that we're the right coach for you—just let us know. We'll refund your investment. No hard feelings, no weirdness. (Maybe a quick convo so we can learn how to do better.)

Because this work is about mutual alignment, not pressure.

And we genuinely want what’s best for you—even if that’s not us.
