Service Description

In addition to coaching, I work with teams, schools, parent groups, and organizations through keynote talks, custom workshops, and immersive retreats—all focused on nervous system resilience, emotional wellness, and leadership that lasts. If your group supports people, leads people, or serves the community, they need more than motivation—they need tools that work under pressure. My trainings combine science-backed strategies with trauma-informed care, so your people leave not just inspired, but equipped. I speak and teach on: Nervous system regulation in high-stress roles Boundaries and burnout for helpers and caregivers Confidence and clarity for leaders Communication that actually builds trust Resilience through change, transition, and challenge These sessions are ideal for: Helping professionals (educators, therapists, caregivers) Moms’ groups and community leaders Staff teams and leadership retreats College and university programs

Blueprint Coaching

Experience—Risk-Free

Your growth matters to me, and we don’t take your time, energy, or investment lightly. That’s why we offer a no-pressure, experience-first way to get started.

When you step into coaching, you’re not committing to a long-term container right away. Instead, you begin with 30 days together, like a Foundations Month—for us to give you support.

If by the end of your Foundations Month, you don’t feel like the work resonates—or that we're the right coach for you—just let us know. We'll refund your investment. No hard feelings, no weirdness. (Maybe a quick convo so we can learn how to do better.)

Because this work is about mutual alignment, not pressure.

And we genuinely want what’s best for you—even if that’s not us.
